The Death of Superman

"Death of Superman" is a 1992 comic strips appeared in DC Comics Superman titles. Completed multi-issue story arc was the title Death and Return of Superman. [1]

In this story, Superman is the killing machine named Doomsday battle seemingly unstoppable in the city streets. [2] At the end of the fight, both combatants die of their wounds Superman (vol. 2) # 75 in 1992.

The cross represented the world's reaction to the death of Superman in "Funeral For A Friend," the emergence of four people suspected of being the "new" Superman and the possible return of the original Superman in "Reign of supermen! "
